1. What products do you sell?

2. Where are your products shipped from?
We are based in Egypt, and all orders are shipped locally.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
You can securely pay via:
- PayPal
- Visa or MasterCard
- Bank deposit (Al Ahly Bank)
- Vodafone Cash
- Western Union
- Cash on delivery
4. How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
- Cairo & Giza: 50 EGP
- Alexandria: 60 EGP
- Other cities: 70-100 EGP
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Free shipping is available on orders above 1000 EGP.
5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We generally do not accept returns unless:
- The item is faulty or damaged.
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, resaleable condition with all original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) due to hygiene reasons.
For exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
6. How do I return a faulty or damaged product?

7. What happens if my product doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
For most cases, we don’t accept returns. However, if accepted, you will:
- Be charged for return shipping.
- Receive a coupon code for store credit valid for 6 months.
8. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only issued:
- For faulty or damaged items.
- As store credit in the form of a gift certificate.
Refunds are not available for sale items or products returned outside our policy.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on orders over 1000 EGP.
